The LLC serves as the platform’s commercial and operational engine—responsible for building, managing, and scaling revenue-generating initiatives, strategic partnerships, and large-scale event and media properties. This includes the development of flagship platforms such as the Butterfly Classic, designed to generate long-term economic value, national visibility, and content-driven opportunities.

The nonprofit serves as the mission-driven core of the organization—focused on delivering measurable impact through education, leadership development, scholarships, mentorship, and community-based programming. It ensures that every initiative is rooted in purpose and creates meaningful, lasting change.
